Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Coolwork macOS application ("Service") operated by Coolwork.ai ("us," "we," or "our").

  • API Keys: If you use your own API keys (e.g., OpenAI API Key), you are responsible for any charges incurred and for keeping your keys secure.
  • Content: You retain all rights to the content you process using Coolwork. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to process such content.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the Service. We do not guarantee that the AI-generated responses will always be accurate or error-free.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Coolwork, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
